A class on any of our equipment in a group of no more than 3 clients. We keep our classes small to ensure hands-on attention even in a class setting.
Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates

A reformer class for soon to be and new mamas! Pilates is beneficial for labor, birth AND recovery. Experience preferred but not required.
